Cost: $525.00 (Early check-in on June 28 and July 26 is available for an extra cost of $40)

Registration: The registration process is 2 steps. 1) Complete the online registration form, and 2) Submit payment

Refund Policy: THERE ARE NO REFUNDS. We suggest you find a replacement for your spot, who will subsequently be responsible for paying any balance due.

SESSION #2 – FINAL CAMP DETAILS
Hello Wake Hockey Session #2 Campers!
We look forward to seeing you all at camp! Following are some important details and reminders for Session #2: July 27-30.
DIRECTIONS & CHECK-IN:

Thursday, July 27th from 11am-Noon at ANGELOU DORM. Angelou Dorm is a brand new dorm and #38 on the following map (bottom right).
Airport Shuttle Company from Greensboro Airport to Campus (You must arrange):
Campers checking in early on Wednesday, July 26th must have pre-arranged for this and paid an additional fee of $40. Early check-in will take place at the same dorm as regular check-in: Angelou Dorm. Please email email@example.com if you would like to check in early. At this time, we have no early check-in requests.
*Early arrivers– there are no organized meals built in for the night of the 26th and morning of the 27th. Please bring some cash with you for meals and the coaches will help you order food together (usually it is something like pizza for dinner, bagels in the morning, etc.).
All campers must bring to registration a completed Liability/Consent Form and a completed Medical Form. DO NOT MAIL OR EMAIL THESE FORMS TO US.

No camper will be allowed to participate without both of these forms!
Should all be submitted by now. If you have a last minute request, you may email firstname.lastname@example.org and we will try to accommodate your request.
CAMP PACKING LIST (not restricted to):
Turf Shoes / Tennis Shoes (No cleats)
Water Bottle (water and Gatorade are provided)
Shin Guards / mouth guard / Protective glove (if you wear one!)
Socks & Shorts & practice clothing
All bedding (twin)
GK's should bring their own GK gear
Any spending money for evening snacks and camp store
Check-out will be on Sunday, July 30th at Noon in Angelou Dorm. The final camp session should wrap up around 11:30am.
The following is a tentative daily schedule. The final camp schedule will be available at check-in for each camper on Thursday. If you are a commuter or are arriving late or leaving early, please double check the final schedule to make sure you know where we will be and when. Email email@example.com if you have any more specific questions you need answered prior to receiving that final schedule.
